Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth is a Clinical Psychologist who completed undergraduate training at the University of Adelaide and postgraduate training at the University of South Australia.

She has worked in a variety of contexts, including private practice, inpatient and outpatient public mental health. Elizabeth works with adults presenting with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, relationship issues, perfectionism, workplace issues, and grief and loss.

Elizabeth is experienced in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness approaches. Elizabeth is focussed on providing a safe and empathic space from which individuals can gain understanding and feel more empowered and resilient. Most importantly, she is invested in working with individuals who find themselves stuck in negative life patterns to make meaningful change towards their most important values.
